We are best known for our exclusive, customized sales training course. The appropriately named “Basic Training Course” is a mandatory instructional program held every quarter for our new agents. Through role-plays, assignments, and classes taught by our entire management team, the BTC educates and motivates new agents to succeed quickly in their new careers.
